Location coverage

City Delivery Radius Controls

Radius uses customer pin distance. Set a global default (km), then add city overrides as JSON map.

Save settings to apply radius filtering in the customer menu app.

Rider dispatch coverage

Rider Dispatch Radius Controls

Radius uses rider live location to vendor pickup. City map also fences rider feed and dispatch so riders only receive matching city orders when both sides resolve.

Save settings to apply rider dispatch and rider feed city/radius filtering in the rider app.

Default Rider Commission

Controls the default subtotal commission percentage used by the riders API and dashboard only when a rider does not already have a rider-specific commission rate.

Default fallback is 5%. Rider-specific commission fields still override this value.

Controls the COD balance threshold that pauses rider dispatch until remittance brings the current COD below the limit.

Default fallback is 2500 when no custom limit is saved.
